The quality of the “standard” operational procedures/techniques adopted by Fire Geeks LLC or Warren Whitley and the related practical evolution training has not been assured by Taylor Made Solutions (York) Limited or any of its representatives. Furthermore, said operational procedures/techniques and practical evolution training have not been validated or accredited by Taylor Made Solutions (York) Limited.
The ATM Fire-Fighting System™, ATM simulator, ATM techniques and all associated training materials, get up and know-how are the intellectual property of Taylor Made Solutions (York) Limited. We have granted no permission for the use of this intellectual property by Fire Geeks LLC or Warren Whitley or any of its representatives.
We hereby reiterate that we, Taylor Made Solutions (York) Limited, and our representatives are in no way associated with Fire Geeks LLC or Warren Whitley.
All our intellectual property is subject to strict licensing provisions and if, any third party is found to be using our intellectual property without the appropriate permissions. We will disclaim any and all liability and shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to any customer of Fire Geeks LLC or Warren Whitley for any loss or harm incurred or suffered as a result of the services provided by Fire Geeks LLC regardless of any association with Taylor Made Solution (York) Limited as held out by Fire Geeks LLC or Warren Whitley.
The above disclaimer of liability includes but is not limited to death or personal injury and any claim whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the provision of services by Fire Geeks LLC or Warren Whitley.
